Enrichment clubs are applied for and allocated by the school on a termly basis. Allocated clubs are added to Arbor, where they can be paid for.

Wraparound childcare (breakfast club, stay & play, and extended day) are booked online via the Arbor App. If you need help with your Arbor Account please contact the school office for assistance. 

If your household income is up to £34,999 you may be eligible for a subsidised after-school childcare rate of £5.00. Please ask the office or complete the income assessment form available here.

Enrichment clubs are allocated on a termly basis. Look out for an email towards the end of each term, which contains links to the online request forms (Google Forms). The school will allocate clubs and notify parents once this has been done. Allocated clubs will be visible in your children's Arbor account for payment.

One of our guiding principles is to offer as many children the opportunity to try different clubs throughout the year. For this reason, it is unlikely that children will be allocated the same club from one term to the next, or be allocated all requested clubs. 

In addition to enrichment clubs, we have structured Stay & Play sessions every day that can be booked on an ad hoc basis. There are usually three different planned activities during the sessions. An example timetable is available here.

If your child is attending the after school provision, please:

• pay in advance via the Arbor App
• provide your child with a healthy snack. No sweets, fizzy drinks or chocolate. Please note we are also a nut-free school
• note that the school office closes at 4pm. After 4pm, please call the extended day team on 07809 332 072.
